Jim Person A 40 year resident of Arizona, I graduated from Cochise College with a degree in Aeronautical Technology, Mesa Community College with a degree in Business Administration and finished at Arizona State University majoring is Business and Real Estate.

I have been involved in real estate sales for 26 years as one of the top producing agents in the Phoenix area, a broker, the owner of a real estate sales & consulting firm and 10 years as a real estate sales trainer. Though my primary focus has been on the residential side of real estate I have considerable experience in large parcel developer land, custom home lots, commercial, industrial and apartments.

The past 18 years I have worked for large master planned community developers such as Mobil Land Development & United Development, specializing in marketing and sales for lots and custom homes in developments such as Red Mountain Ranch and Las Sendas in Arizona. In addition to the large master planned communities, I've handled the sales and marketing for numerous other custom home subdivisions, townhome and condominium projects. I'm also a Nationally Certified Real Estate Trainer & Mentor with Buffini & Company, the largest real estate training and coaching company in North America.
