The new Capella Pedregal Sales Pavilion is open and features a detailed scale model of the project, a doll house model of a Residence and a display featuring samples and illustrations of the furniture, appliances, finishes and decorations. It is located adjacent the Dos Mares Tunnel entrance.

Construction is moving ahead aggressively with many of the retaining walls on the beach being finished, and the slab for the Spa ceiling being poured. Its amazing how expansive the beach front really seems when you stand by the Beach Club site and look down to the Sea Cliff Grill site.
