Pedregal de La Paz, an Update Happy new year from La Paz staff! Our team wishes you the best for 2007. We are confident that this upcoming year will be bringing great news, surprises and more growth in our prime development, Pedregal de La Paz. Lots of excitement is felt since construction in Pedregal de La Paz has already started in Lot 20 Block 4. Claudio and Valerie Grubner from Canada feel so much passion for this city and their future home that they have become pioneers in this development.
