In 1974, prominent Mexico City developer Don Manuel Díaz Rivera moved his family to 330 acres of untouched land in the sleepy coastal village of Cabo San Lucas. His dream was to create a premier residential community that lived up to this incredible setting... a place where people could enjoy the unparalleled combination of local flavor, tropical sunshine, fabulous recreation and breathtaking ocean views found only in the Baja peninsula. Over the years, three generations of the Díaz Rivera family have taken pride in making Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas their home.
