Our Values
What we started as a small family business turned out to become a leading group of real estate companies in the South of Baja. 35 years, several new companies and projects, new family members (employees), sales and most importantly many satisfied clients later, we still cherish our family values which made it all happen:
Family. Yours and ours. Pedregal story started generations ago and it continues to be written by you and yours to follow.
Passion & Belief. Passion for business and believing in what we do. That is what keeps us going. If we didn’t believe in it, we’d be laying in hammocks sipping lemonade in some far off island.
Culture. Some of us are Mexicans by nature but we all are Mexicans by heart. We promote Baja natural beauties, lifestyle, culture and traditions through every aspect of our lives.
Community. We believe in what we do, we believe in Pedregal. That is why homes of Díaz Rivera family members are in Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas and Pedregal de La Paz. In order to be able to feel the community, to breath with it, to live with it, to grow with it. In order to be able to feel the life and share with you as our neighbor.
Society. There are plenty of opportunities still for Baja California Sur to grow and develop, and with our continuous involvement we try to help it become a better place. In Cabo San Lucas Díaz Rivera family was a key player in establishing local Chamber of Commerce, AMPI (Mexico’s version of National Association of Realtors) and MLS (Multi-Listing System). We helped establish the first private school in Cabo San Lucas, Colegio el Camino and are founding members of a private high school in La Paz, Instituto Mar de Cortez. We are founding and active members of an organization for education Galento, which helps talented but economically under privileged students to get the best education possible. Besides that, we are involved in local events and charity organizations like Humane Society and many others.
