Our Philosophy

Don Manuel Díaz Rivera described his vision of "a place where peace and harmony sit on every corner and tranquility resides in every heart." Stone by stone, this inspired architect began designing houses and investing everything he had to achieve the dream of a private community rising above a long stretch of inaccessible Pacific beach. He named it Pedregal, "a mountain of stones" and created the first gated community in Los Cabos... a place to call home. Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas encourages residents to take full advantage of Baja's temperate weather and glorious scenery.
