Leticia Díaz Rivera is a daughter of Don Manuel Díaz Rivera, a man with a vision who came to Cabo 35 years ago, and founded the first high-end residential community in Los Cabos. She continues the dream of her father and is dedicated to the growth and development of Pedregal communities in Cabo San Lucas and La Paz.
Leticia was one of the first sales consultants at Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas, she helped at the creation of strategic alliances with developers and general real estate offices. Under her command, many residential communities have been created.
Mrs. Diaz Rivera participated in the foundation of Colegio El Camino, Cabo’s first private school that recently celebrated its 25th anniversary of excellence in education.

Joanie is one of the first real estate professionals in Cabo. She once came to Baja for a vacation 27 years ago, and stayed ever since. Rebeca was born and raised in La Paz. Her childhood memories are full of stories about how the south of Baja quickly grew to be a paradisiacal getaway. Loving Baja's lifestyle, Rebeca decided to move to Cabo after living in British Columbia and La Paz.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business in Guadalajara, she realized that sitting behind a desk was not what she desired. Gabriela has been working with the Coldwell Banker Riveras team since February 2005, where she had the chance to be the administrative manager for the La Paz office. From the heart of Mexico’s wine country, Ensenada, Cesar came to Los Cabos looking for better opportunities 18 years ago. Cabo was a very small place then; he came here to work for the Cabo San Lucas Hotel, one of the first hotels in the whole Cabo area (founded in 1962). If somebody had told Cesar 10 years ago the incredible changes that would take place in Baja California Sur, he would not have believed them. Back then this was a paradise for people who could afford to come to “Land’s End” on vacation, but for people who lived here it was difficult in some ways; it was like living on a desert island. But, on the other hand, they had beautiful sunny days with the beauty of stunning ocean and desert views, no traffic, no smog, or, in the words of a local saying, “no bad days”. Therefore, he fell in love with the area and decided to stay. These days Cesar enjoys his job in advising people why Cabo is the finest and most desirable destination, and now this is easier than ever. Born in La Paz, Angie lived there until she was 22 years old. She studied Business Administration at the Instituto Tecnologico of La Paz and graduated with a MBA in the tourism industry in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and with a Marketing degree from Oxford, England.
After returning from Europe she worked in the hotel industry as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Hilton Los Cabos & Beach Resort, Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos & Beach Resort and All Inclusive Fiesta Inn Hotels.
In 2006 Angie worked as a partner/general manager of Bugatti Restaurant (Italian Cuisine), then at Restaurant Bar O2 (Oxygen Bar) as owner/general manager, and partner for La Farsante Bar (Cantina Bar). In addition, she learned about the real estate business while she still was in the hotel business, which helped her to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business and culture in México.Her main objective in the real estate business is to assist her clients with their real estate needs, and to create a professional business relationship with then so they will be more comfortable to invest and live in Los Cabos.

My working career started in a 5 start hotel industry in Los Cabos several years ago, where I had the opportunity to work in Sales and Marketing. As part of my job I was trained also in Reservations, Concierge and Food and Beverage to better assist my clients. That allowed me to provide a professional service in all aspects of my work. I was also coordinating events as annual worldwide incentive trips but also intimate weddings on the beach, carefully planned and with the attention to details.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Lisa moved to San Diego in 1985 when she obtained her California sales license and began her career in real estate. She worked with Barratt Homes as a sales associate and escrow manager and for 20 plus years has worked in all areas of real estate.
From 2000 to 2005 she and her husband sailed and traveled extensively throughout all of Mexico and Central America. They settled into the historic district of Todos Santos in 2006, where ever since, they are enjoying the Pueblo Magico beautiful scenery and unique Mexican lifestyle.

Dan was born in New Jersey and joined the army following his high school education, where he served a tour of duty in Germany. After his honorable discharge from the Army, he began a manufacturing career in Memphis, then Tampa and finally St Louis.
All-the-while, Dan never lost sight of his dreams and frequently visited Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding area. He fell in love with the Baja climate and lifestyle. Once he gained the opportunity to begin working in real estate in Todos Santos, he quickly made the decision and re-located.

Robert was born on the Island of Java, Indonesia and traveled to Europe for his education. After receiving a degree in building technology, it was time to start exploring the world. Immigration to Canada was the first move where he further developed his love for construction. He specialized in the technology of concrete forming and the extrusion of concrete. Sales of forming products and consulting in technologies took him to many countries around the world, especially to 3rd world and developing countries.
He has been married to his Canadian wife, Sharon for 29 years; he has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren in Canada. Sharon had spent considerable time on the Baja in the early seventies and had always had a lasting memory that was renewed 20 years ago and just simply never left. The weather, culture, people and so many fantastic opportunities made it impossible for them to leave. They bought land, designed and built a Bed & Breakfast to show off Sharon's splendid cooking skills. However, in 2006 the B&B was sold and they moved to Los Zacatitos, on the East Cape.
After the opening of the B&B in 1992 Robert started selling land for a prominent Mexican family, the largest land barons at that time and he has been selling real estate ever since with extensive knowledge off the East Cape.
They truly enjoy living on the beach in Los Zacatitos, it has brought them even closer to the desert and of course, the water. The newest member of the Coldwell Banker Riveras - Los Barriles team, Megan, has been visiting the East Cape area since 1992. She holds a degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Wisconsin. After college she worked as a banker in Anchorage, Alaska and New York City. In 2003 on a trip to visit her parents in Los Barriles, she decided to stay. She worked as a fitness instructor at Hotel Palmas de Cortez, learned to kiteboard, and, with her husband, opened ExotiKite Kiteboarding School and Store in 2004.

All-the-while, Dan never lost sight of his dreams and frequently visited Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding area. He fell in love with the Baja climate and lifestyle. Once he gained the opportunity to begin working in real estate in Todos Santos, he quickly made the decision and re-located.
Dan loves the Mexican people and culture. He enjoys fishing along the beach and cooking meals for friends. He is a wonderful guide to the community and loves showing clients and friends the area he as adopted as his own.

Alvaro grew up in the San Francisco bay area where he studied hospitality and went on to graduate from the University of California at Berkeley. In 2002 he sold everything and moved to Todos Santos with his partner and co-founded El Dharma and soon began coordinating events, retreats and destinations weddings and developing a photography studio. He soon discovered that Real Estate was the ideal profession to apply his talents and share his love and for working and living in Todos Santos. Originally born in Mexicali and raised in La Paz, Tony, as most people know him, is proudly one of the youngest agents at this time working with the Riveras' team.
The son of distinguished attorneys, Antonio graduated from TBC, a catholic university in town obtaining a bachelor's degree in International Tourism. Starting his career managing a local Homeowners Association, he has had the opportunity to understand the cultural differences and expectations of foreign and national residents.

Robert was born on the Island of Java, Indonesia and traveled to Europe for his education. After receiving a degree in building technology, it was time to start exploring the world. Immigration to Canada was the first move where he further developed his love for construction. He specialized in the technology of concrete forming and the extrusion of concrete. Sales of forming products and consulting in technologies took him to many countries around the world, especially to 3rd world and developing countries.
He has been married to his Canadian wife, Sharon for 29 years; he has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren in Canada. Sharon had spent considerable time on the Baja in the early seventies and had always had a lasting memory that was renewed 20 years ago and just simply never left. The weather, culture, people and so many fantastic opportunities made it impossible for them to leave. They bought land, designed and built a Bed & Breakfast to show off Sharon's splendid cooking skills. However, in 2006 the B&B was sold and they moved to Los Zacatitos, on the East Cape.
After the opening of the B&B in 1992 Robert started selling land for a prominent Mexican family, the largest land barons at that time and he has been selling real estate ever since with extensive knowledge off the East Cape.
They truly enjoy living on the beach in Los Zacatitos, it has brought them even closer to the desert and of course, the water. They experience the unique beauty of Los Cabos through scuba diving and driving off road in one of our buggies. Investing in San Jose has allowed them a very unique life style, which they love to share our experiences with new visitors to this area.d

The newest member of the Coldwell Banker Riveras - Los Barriles team, Megan, has been visiting the East Cape area since 1992. She holds a degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Wisconsin. After college she worked as a banker in Anchorage, Alaska and New York City. In 2003 on a trip to visit her parents in Los Barriles, she decided to stay. She worked as a fitness instructor at Hotel Palmas de Cortez, learned to kiteboard, and, with her husband, opened ExotiKite Kiteboarding School and Store in 2004.
She continues to manage ExotiKite Kiteboarding and shares her love of the East Cape with all her students, and now is ready to share it too with all her clients looking to enjoy this beautiful paradise.
